Life without movies is not life
One of my favorite films of all time is "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" directed by Michel Gondry. A movie that talks about forgetting someone if one wishes. Voluntarily, we can go to an specialist and ask him to erase from our memory someone specific. The movie shows a visually appealing mental walk. The protagonists are played by Jim Carrey (who does not play a comic role this time) and Kate Winslet. I love the photographic and acting treatment that the film has. Besides that, I saw her at the right time, adolescence! hahaha. I've seen this movie more than 20 times! I highly recommend it!
And of course, I would see this movie many times more! I love what it makes me feel when I see it. And the inspiration that gives me to make movies :)
The most important reason why I'm studying the career of journalism is because I love to watch movies!
Every week I watch different types of movies that I download with my computer or with Netflix on television. When I was a child I used to rent movies on Blockbuster, but it does not exist anymore :(
It's harder to get DVD's nowadays! Today everything is downloadable! And the truth is that it is much more convenient and cheaper...
But the -reallyreally- truth is there is nothing like living the experience of watching a good movie in the cinema, so from this year I promised myself to see a movie once time in the week.
I enjoy drama movies a lot. Movies with a realistic tone that provoke deep reflections in the spectators.
One of my favourites directors is Wong Kar Wai, a famous Hong kong filmmaker who makes -in a few words- movies about love and how people deal with it.
The worst movie I saw this year it calls "Serenity". Very bad movie. Although I had very good actors, the film was little credible and very confusing. Very Bad.

I rented movies in Blockbuster too, it was one of my favorite places when i was a kid.

ResponderEliminarI also used to rent movies in Blockbuster, I remember there were two of them near my house, one dissapear very quickly and the other remain for a long time, until one day it transformed into a Domino's Pizza :(
