My future (dream) job

When I leave university I would love to get a job related to cinema, of course.

I say it even if it seems obvious, because it is difficult to find a job when you just leave university.

If I could get the dream job, I would like to work in an independent production company where I can contribute with my knowledge and creativity.

I imagine a place where I will can write and direct films with a team where I feel in confidence.

Collectively create audiovisual projects that contribute to Chilean cinema, giving a critical look at contingent issues.

Also, making visible topics that interest me from emotionality, such as love and drama in youth, of this generation that has often wanted to be quiet for others.

The job I imagine would be very free, no need to be in a office.

I would like to travel the world with the projects developed, go to festivals and meet different cultures through the cinema :)

I guess it's hard to think about salary when you talk about your ideal job, because when you work on what you love in a great place, it doesn't seem like work.

I would like to earn just enough to live and be able to give myself small luxuries. I would not like to have such a millionaire salary, money is not so important.

  1. I found very interesting the fact that you don´t see cinema only as a job also you see it an opportunity to reflect about contingent issues, which is great.
